I'm no nutritionist, however I am learning a few new things about healthy foods in my P90X journey. I just wanted to give an example of a de-lish meal thats easy, quick, and fits in the P90X diet (phase 1).
Morning Star Farms veggie patties (more information here). They are actually quite good. I just cook them in the oven.
Whole Wheat Bread
Steamed Broccoli (If you don't have a steamer, just boil them in water for 5 minutes)Side of fruit.
This is what I eat for dinner. I am currently in the fat shredding phase so I'm limited to servings and calories.
Remember, eat if your hungry! I have had times where I felt extremely lethargic and weak and knew that I needed food. Its important to eat :)
